About the Founders

Our dedicated team combines professional expertise with lived experience in recovery. We understand the challenges you face because many of us have been there too. Every member of our staff is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and build the foundation for lasting recovery.

Carolynn Padilla’s journey from active addiction to recovery leadership is a story of resilience, strength, and determination. Raised in an environment marked by addiction, she faced challenges most people never see. After years of struggling, Carolynn chose a new path—one that began with becoming a Recovery Coach. Through service, connection, and healing, she discovered her purpose: breaking the barriers to recovery for every person she encounters. Her lived experience fuels her compassion, and her vision drives the programs she creates. Today, Carolynn leads with integrity, warmth, and a deep understanding of what individuals in recovery truly need to succeed.
